    Impressions Forever Contract

    Fees and Payment

    Impressions forever require 50% non-refundable deposit for confirmation of appointment which will be used towards the scheduled service. Balance 50% must be paid in full at least 3 days before the delivery of the Impressions. If the booking is canceled within 48 hours, 50% deposit will not be refunded. If you want it to be rescheduled, Impressions forever will work with you to arrange an alternative date, and the 50% deposit can be used as a deposit towards the rescheduled date. We cannot reschedule more than two time. The cost covers the cast and whatever color you want the casting to be. If you want any add Ons like shadow box or display case it can be done for additional cost. That depends on how many impressions we take. Before the appointment we will schedule a call to discuss how you are expecting your cast to be like what colors and angles you want the casting to be.

    Impression Retake

    It is very common for the cast to break while taking it out of the impression due to pressure of the suction. Ring with sharp corners, sharp and long nail are more prone to breakage of the cast, so it is not suitable while taking impression. If that’s the case, we will contact you again for impression retake. If the impression has to be repeated for dispositioning (movement while taking impressions) of client especially kids over 1 year old, there will be a $25 repeat fees.

    Overtime

    Only the time reserved is guaranteed. If you are late for the appointment, we will try to accommodate you if we don’t have another client during that time. If not, the appointment must be rescheduled.

    Booking Date

    A time slot is reserved for the customer only after 50% of the non-refundable deposit has been paid. Your reservation is not confirmed until the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining 50% payment is due 3 days before the delivery of the cast. Appointment for the impression delivery cannot be scheduled until the full payment has been paid. If we are unable to perform the service, the deposit and any amounts paid by you will be refunded in full.

    Parking

    Parking spaces should be available for our artist in the driveway of serviced homes. They should be able to park near where the service takes place to unload equipment. Customer should reimburse for all parking fees incurred in the contracted services.

    Limitations

    We have the full rights to refuse the service if the client appears to be ill or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis or any obvious skin conditions like eczema, rashes, cuts and sores. Skin surfaces must be clean before service is rendered. Children must be willing and should be able to sit still in the chair. All our materials are Professional grade. If you are unsure about the ingredients, please ask the for a patch test. We cannot guarantee that reactions will not occur. The artist has the right to stop the service and leave without refunding any money in the event of extreme disadvantages like destructive, violent or inappropriate behavior by children or adults, illegal activities, disruptive behavior or hazardous weather or work environment conditions. Everything is custom made. So, the delivery will take at least 10-14 days. Maximum of 5 hand/foot/paw impressions can be taken in one order.

    Artist's Responsibilities

    The artist will arrive at the location on time and ready to provide the services as agreed upon. The artist will use professional-grade materials and adhere to proper hygiene practices.

    Client's Responsibilities

    Long/sharp nails or rings with sharp corners are not suitable for impression. The client should submit the contact form from the www.impressionsforever website before scheduling the appointment. If any of the clients with known allergies or skin sensitivities are expected to notify the artist before scheduling your appointment. Transportation fees will apply for locations more than 5 miles away. An adult has to be present for anyone below 18 years.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    In the event of cancellation by the client, 50% of the deposit paid will not be refunded. If the event is rescheduled, the paid deposit can be applied to the rescheduled date. In the event of cancellation by the us due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full deposit, and any amount paid by the client.

    Intellectual Property

    The client agrees not to reproduce or use the impressions and the pictures of the artist's design for commercial purposes.

    Photography notice

    By entering the area of service, you acknowledge that photographs and videos will be taken for the use of our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish for your image or that of your child to be used, please notify us in person. Booking with us means you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of Impressions Forever.
